How many items do I need for a free collection?
We can collect for free when you have 10 or more items. This includes laptops, desktop computers, monitors, printers, servers, or any combination of electrical equipment. If you have fewer than 10 items, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
What types of equipment do you collect?
We collect all WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) including laptops, desktop computers, monitors, servers, networking equipment, printers, photocopiers, tablets, mobile phones, cables, keyboards, and other office IT equipment.
Is the service genuinely free?
Yes — there is no charge for collection. We recover value from the equipment we process, which allows us to offer the service at no cost to your organisation. You will never receive an invoice from us for a standard collection.
Will I receive waste transfer documentation?
Yes. Every collection includes a Waste Transfer Note as required by the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Where data-bearing devices are processed, we also provide a Certificate of Data Destruction for your compliance records.
How quickly can you collect?
In most cases we can arrange collection within the same week of your enquiry. For larger volume clearances or office relocations, we'll agree a schedule that works around your business.

Yes, we operate a nationwide service covering England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Simply contact us with your postcode and we will confirm availability and arrange a convenient time.
